Pourquoi le maillot du Brésil est-il jaune ?

La coupe du monde 1950 de football a été organisée au Brésil, les brésiliens partaient largement favoris. Ils jouaient alors en blanc et bleu. On est bien loin de celui que nous connaissons aujourd'hui donc !
Ils sont arrivés en finale contre l'Uruguay, ils étaient persuadés de gagner, et les 200 000 spectateurs du Maracaña de Rio faisaient déjà la fête. Mais le Brésil perdit la finale 2-1, ils choisirent donc d'oublier le maillot qu'ils maudissaient désormais.

C'est ainsi que le maillot jaune du Brésil fut adopté. Il fut présenté en 1954. et depuis il ne les a pas quitté ! Le Brésil, par la suite, remporta 5 coupes du monde en 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, 2002.
